Du to the lenght of a single elastic band (3,00 cm) it is possible to form an arch with a span of 250 cm with only one band. For spans over 250cm two elestic bands connected with the supplied bolts on the middle support.are needed.

Double arch, diametre of 170 to 250 cm.
( 68 to 98 inches)

Make sure to place both Multiarcs on solid ground. Bolt each on a square board of 50 cm ( 18" )minimum size

Place the two Multiarcs in a straight line at a distance, half the chosen arch diametre.(Diameter 240 cm = Axis 120)
Slide both the assemblies to the top of the centre poles.

Pull the triggers and rotate the inner arms to the desired radius, that is half the diametre

Remove the u-clamps from both inner arms.

It is important that both arms are at the same height. If not please ajust one of the centre poles.

Hang the red ajoining device on the u-clamp pin of the left clamp and close the handle.

Now you have to join the two Multiarcs with the red ajoining device. To do this, there is a trick: press the right handle half way down and the plate can easily be put in position

The „pre-tension" with the right handle, makes it easy to slide the middle support to the desired rise. Press down the handle fully to secure the support.

Tip: The rise of an arch with an diametre between 170 and 250 cm (68" and 98") should be approximately 15 to 20 per cent of the diametre.

Mount the flexible band. Open the clamp handles on the outer arms of the Multiarcs. Remove the u-clamps and fasten the band.

Tip: To make it easier, rotate the arms to a 80 cm position. When you have fastened the flexible band on both sides, rotate the arms to the desired diametre.

Please make sure that the band is secured on top of the middle support.

Slide the assemblies down the centre poles until the band touches the poles. This stabilizes the flexible band

Adjust the height of the arch with the centre poles.

Check if the Multiarcs are horizontal with a lever. If not, adjust a centre pole. It is important that the centre poles are a hundred per cent vertical!

Double arch, diametre of 250 to 340 cm.
(98 to 134 inches)

Place the two Multiarcs in a straight line at a distance of half the chosen arch diametre. (Diameter 300 cm = Axis 150 cm)

Join the two flexible bands with the supplied bolts on the middle support.

Align the flexible band to the desired diametre on the outer arms and secure with the clamps.

The final adjustment of the arch curve is made by eye.
